Training Sessions

DMV Lockdown trains two hours per week in Woodbridge VA to ensure peak performance in upcoming tournaments. 

Practice Schedule:

  • Practices are generally held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. 
  • DMV Lockdown Practices 2-3 hours per week. 
  • Practice schedule provided to selected athletes. 
  • No Practice on the following dates:
    • March 31st (Eid al-Fitr)
    • April 14th (PWCS Spring Break) 
    • April 16th (PWCS Spring Break)
    • May 26th (Memorial Day)

Our training sessions are designed to develop advanced basketball skills and boost player confidence. Led by an experienced coach, each session includes individual and team-based drills, strength and conditioning exercises, and strategic basketball IQ development.

Competitive Tournaments

Each travel season lasts 6 months, during which DMV Lockdown competes in approximately 7-8 tournaments. These tournaments provide players with the opportunity to showcase their skills and experience high-stakes, game-like scenarios. By joining our competitive travel team, you'll challenge yourself and test your abilities against other talented teams from the region. Gain exposure, learn valuable lessons, and sharpen your competitive edge through participation in our program.
